My paper was on the delima facing the residents of Pajaro a community in North Monterey County. The concern centers around the question of growth and development for this community. Many of the residents here face the issue of poverty. Growth and development of their community is essential to help bring them out of poverty. The danger from the possibility of broken levees presents an equally difficult situation.I support the position of going forward, looking for a solution "outside the box" and not stalling on this issue.
